    You can easily make instant transfers to your OCBC Securities trading account in up to 11 different currencies once you link it with your OCBC bank account.

    Plus, enjoy the benefit of no fees or charges for transferring funds between your OCBC Securities trading account and your OCBC bank account.

  • How can I perform a fund transfer from my OCBC account to my OCBC trading account?

    The OCBC Fund Transfer feature allows customers who hold an OCBC Securities trading account and an OCBC deposit account to perform seamless fund deposit and withdrawals between both accounts. This can be done simply after performing a one-time secured linkage between both accounts.

  • Is this fund transfer capability available for everyone?

    This feature is available to all customers who hold an OCBC Securities trading account and an OCBC deposit account. You can link your OCBC Securities trading account with your OCBC deposit account either through the iOCBC Mobile Trading or iOCBC Online trading platform. However, this feature is not applicable to corporate accounts.

  • When will fund withdrawals from my OCBC Securities trading account to my OCBC deposit account be available?

  • I cannot link my OCBC Securities trading account with my OCBC deposit account. What went wrong?

    To link your OCBC Securities trading account and your OCBC deposit account, you must have an active OCBC OneToken or OCBC hardware token for authentication. Additionally, discrepancies in personal details between your OCBC Securities trading account and your OCBC deposit account may hinder the linkage process, please reach out to OCBC Securities Customer Services at 1800 338 8688 or askocbcsec@ocbc.com for assistance.

  • Can I revoke the linkage between my OCBC Securities trading account and my OCBC deposit account?

    Yes, you can. Simply log in to iOCBC Mobile/Online Trading, go to Menu > Deposit > Manage OCBC Transfer and select the option to remove all account linkages.

  • Will linking my OCBC Securities trading account with my OCBC deposit account affect my existing settlement arrangement, such as GIRO?

    No, linking your OCBC deposit account will not affect or replace your existing settlement arrangement.

  • Can I link my OCBC Securities trading account with my OCBC joint deposit account to allow fund transfers between them?

    Yes, you can link your OCBC Securities trading account with your OCBC joint deposit account to allow fund transfer between them, provided that the OCBC joint deposit account is accessible through the OCBC app or OCBC Internet Banking.

  • What are the transaction limits after linking my accounts?

    There are no limits on fund deposits or withdrawals once your accounts are linked.

  • Can I perform a foreign exchange (FX) conversion on iOCBC?

    Currently, iOCBC does not support currency conversion. You may perform your FX conversions using the OCBC app or OCBC Internet Banking.
